ABOUT GINA

Born and raised in the heart of Napa Valley, Chef Gina discovered her love for food early. That passion carried her through some of the region’s top restaurants and into the Napa Valley Cooking School, where she built the foundation for a culinary journey that would lead her to Michelin-starred kitchens across California and abroad.

For Gina, cooking is a craft that never stops evolving. She’s driven by curiosity and a genuine passion for learning—constantly exploring new food philosophies, global influences, and fresh ways to elevate flavor. While she embraces innovation, she stays grounded in soulful cooking and timeless technique. Her cuisine blends classic refinement with elevated comfort, always using the highest-quality ingredients.

Often described as clean, fresh California cuisine with global soul, Gina’s cooking reflects her roots in wine country. You’ll taste rustic Italian and French inspirations, bright California produce, and a strong commitment to supporting local purveyors.

Today, Gina runs a thriving private-chef and special-event business, wowing clients for over two decades with her signature balance of grace under pressure, precision, consistency, and beautifully layered flavors.

She now lives in San Diego with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find her outside—gardening, exploring the mountains, dirt biking, snowboarding, reading, discovering music, and most of all, soaking up time with her family.
